We are a focused, driven, agile group of Engineers & Designers committed to site water resource management and irrigation system design.  With offices in Colorado and Arizona, we have worked in some tough climactic regions, and are well placed to offer sustainable solutions to a variety of challenges.  One of our core strengths is an ability to assimilate well with a team, to offer key support while balancing the many design and implementation factors latent in a complex projects.

Hines has two offices located in the Western United States.  In addition to providing additional opportunities to expand the regions in which we work and excellent experience in some of the world's most challenging climates, it also means that we are closer to your project.  From San Diego to Houston, from El Paso to Whitefish, Hines Engineers have been retained to provide irrigation water resource management services for an excellent & diverse clientele.  We have also worked effectively with Client offices outside of the U.S. in project locations as varied as Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East.
