This beautiful private residence required an advanced water delivery and feature system to complement its natural surroundings. Hines embraced the challenge of designing an inventive gravity-based water delivery system that feeds multiple property streams and includes a recirculation option for a remarkable 1,000 GPM waterfall with an extensive mechanical system housed in a discreet, below-grade, climate-controlled vault. This system ensures efficient water treatment, irrigation pumping, water feature pumping, and water quality maintenance—all while staying out of sight to maintain the estate's pristine aesthetic.

What we accomplished:
1.
Hines designed an innovative irrigation system design targeted to optimize water efficiency and property health.
2.
Optimized water feature design & development created a stunning, high-flow waterfall to elevate the residence’s visual and auditory appeal.
3.
Hines collaborated on a comprehensive water rights analysis with the water attorney to secure the necessary rights and ensure regulatory compliance.
